The existing website amassed a substantial volume of content, comprising hundreds of articles that attracted traffic. Despite this success, it was leaving space for improvement in converting traffic into meaningful actions.
The goal is to enhance the user experience, improve the site’s organic visibility and conversions by developing search engine and conversion rate optimization. The website’s layout also needs clarity in terms of fonts, colors, buttons, margins, and other elements.

Research and Strategy
A comprehensive audit was conducted on the existing website, wherein we systematically documented areas requiring improvement. Following this evaluation, we established clear objectives and outlined the desired features and functionalities for the new site.
During the strategic planning phase, we crafted user personas – essentially character profiles representing the entire target audience. These personas serve as practical tools, precisely defining the audience for whom the website is designed.
Concurrently, a comprehensive keyword analysis was executed, listing pertinent site keywords. Subsequently, adjustments were made to the site structure based on the findings of this analysis.
Recognizing the blog as the website’s pivotal feature, careful consideration was given to its structure and categories. The objective was to optimize its design for an enhanced user experience.
During the website redesign process, it is crucial to safeguard the existing traffic and strategize for potential growth in the future. Also, online programs are constantly being sold on the website, so it is important to migrate the online store and analytics to the new site smoothly.

Web design and development
To bring this vision to life, we employed Figma to create page templates, providing flexibility in designing the new site’s visual style and interface directly in the browser.
In shaping the visual aspect of the website, we carefully defined the brand’s fonts, typography, colors, visual elements, and imagery within the design plan.
Given that the company’s previous website was built on WordPress using the Elementor Pro page builder, it made practical sense to leverage the same tools for the new site.
The construction of the new site took place on the Elementor Hello theme – a lightweight, high-performance theme optimized for Elementor, designed to seamlessly integrate with various plugins.
This choice allowed for extensive customization without the need for coding, ensuring a responsive design and swift page loading times. Rapid page loading is essential for a positive user experience.

Following the redesign and optimization, the website achieved enhanced speed, with a unique aesthetic. The improved user-friendliness effectively guides visitors towards the goal of acquiring new customers and promoting service sales, transforming the website into an informative platform showcasing the programs and services.
The implemented analytics tools not only track visitor traffic but also support the ongoing, systematic development of search engine optimization. As data accumulates, it becomes a valuable resource for optimizing both search engine performance and the overall conversions of the website more efficiently.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
MosterInsights Analytics tools have been installed on the site to track metrics such as website traffic, eCommerce converisons, and popular content.
Google explicitly acknowledges that the speed at which a website loads directly affects its ranking in search engine results. As a result, prioritizing improvements in loading speed, especially for mobile users, is recommended.
To bolster speed performance, the WP-Rocket plugin was integrated into the site. Recognized as one of the top tools for enhancing the speed of a WordPress site, WP-Rocket achieves this by compressing and optimizing code, files, and the database.
In addition to this, the user experience and conversions are regularly improved with the help of the collected data. Continuously analyzing user behavior, conduct A/B testing, and iteratively refine website elements to enhance user experience and effectively boost conversion rates.
